Uses
Nicorette Gum 4mg is suitable for those smoking more than 20 cigarettes a day.
It is for the relief of nicotine withdrawal symptoms as an aid to giving up smoking. It is used to help smokes ready to stop smoking immediately and also helps smokers who need to cut down their cigarette use before stopping.

Directions
Adults and children 12 years and over: Chew 1 piece slowly when you feel the urge to smoke using the Nicorette Chewing Technique:
Chew the gum slowly until the taste becomes strong
Rest it between gum and cheek
Chew again when taste has faded
Most people use between 8 and 12 pieces a day. Maximum 15 pieces in 24 hours. After 3 months gradually withdraw use. See pack leaflet for further information. Children: Not to be given. Also available in mint flavour.

Chewing gum containing: Nicotine 4mg.

Warnings
