Uses.
For the relief of symptoms and colds and influenza, including the relief of aches and pains, runny or blocked nose and lowering of temperature.

Directions
Adults and children over 12: Take the contents of 1 sachet dissolved in hot water every 4 hours. Maximum 4 sachets in 24 hours. Children under 12: not to be given.

Ingredients
Each sachet contains: Paracetamol 650mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg.

Warnings
Do not take with any other paracetamol containing products. Do not exceed four sachets in 24 hours. Consult your pharmacist or doctor if you have any existing medical conditions or are taking prescription medicines.

Side Effects
Are rare, allergic reactions such as skin rashes, or blood reactions may occasionally occur. If you are concerned stop taking the product and consult your pharmacist.
