Uses Eye q is different from other nutritiional supplements as it contains a high ratio of EPA to DHA. It contains a unique EPA- rich marine fish oil which has significantly more EPA than DHA. This allows the EPA to function better and give a more active role in helping to maintain the eye and brain in healthy functioning order. One months maintainance supply Hi-EPA Oil Warnings: Food supplements should not be used as a subsitute for a varied diet. Directions: 2 capsules a day with food. When first taking eye q take six capsules per day with food for 12 weeks. This has been shown in studies to take 12 weeks to build up the bodies stores of long chain fatty acid. After this time, you can reduce to a maintainance dose usually of 2 capsules a day. Suitable for adults and children at this dose, however for children under 5 Eye Q liquid is recommended. Warnings Consult your doctor before taking these or other supplements if you are taking other prescribed medication. |
